Leacroft House is a pinnacle of modern architecture and sustainable living. The custom louver system on the rear garden façade maximizes winter sunlight, provides summer shading, and ensures privacy while adding architectural interest to the overall home. Our client's passion for sustainability led to a high-performance building envelope with an efficient HVAC system, including radiant in-floor heating. The conservatory, ideal for indoor hydroponics, features a 26-foot-long skylight and large lift-and-slide doors, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
